What Your Dog's Grooming Day Looks Like
Before we arrive: Take your dog out for a potty break, keep them indoors until the van pulls up, and feed them at least an hour ahead of time. No special prep needed.
At your door: We pull into your driveway, introduce ourselves, and lead your dog into the van. Everything happens inside, in a climate-controlled, fully contained space.
In the van: Your dog has our full attention, one groomer to one dog, with no other animals and no overstimulation. Sessions typically last 60 to 120 minutes depending on size, coat and service.
Afterward: We hand your dog back fresh, dried and finished. A text lets you know when we’re pulling up, and payment is made through the app rather than with a card at your door.
