Grooming Day, Step by Step
Before we arrive: Take your dog out for a potty break, keep them indoors until the van pulls up, and feed them at least an hour ahead of time. No special prep needed.
When we pull up: We introduce ourselves in your driveway and walk your dog into the van, where the entire grooming happens in a climate-controlled, fully contained space.
While we groom: One groomer works with one dog, with no other animals around and nothing to overstimulate them. Most sessions run 60 to 120 minutes, depending on size, coat and service.
Wrap-up: Your dog is returned fresh, dried and finished. You’ll receive a text when we’re pulling up, and you pay in the app, with no cards to fumble with at the door.
